musings on how technology is changing my business environment

About Steve Ellwood

In real life, I’m Steve Ellwood. This blog used to be at shaidorsai.wordpress.com. I adopted shaidorsai as a gmail name when steveellwood and steve.ellwood were unavailable. However, as I moved the blog to steveellwood.com, you can now reach me at steve@steveellwood.com

I’m in my early 50s, working in the ICT for BT; just delighted to be working in an area where so much has changed so fast. I’ve a real interest in social networking and “Web 2.0”, and in between times am on 24/7 call as part of a Coastguard Rescue team.

I’m fortunate enough to be a homeworker, and while I do travel for work, my home and main office are in the Scottish Northern Highlands.

I look back 5 years and am amazed; I can look back 30+ years and the landscape has changed forever.

A college course I did in the 70s introduced me to Future Shock – I never believed it would be possible.
