There is a school of thought that says if you&#039;re not working on funded work then you&#039;re not contributing.  I disagree.  Yes, you need to fund what you&#039;re doing - the organisation wouldn&#039;t last long without it - but you also need to make those links, those mental leaps to the next place we need to be or you&#039;ll be taken by surprise and not in a good way!</description>
